Formmity is made for entrepreneurs, small to medium businesses, public figures, marketing professionals, and creative teams.
How do I access Formmity?
Formmity is accessible via a web browser on both desktop and mobile devices. Users can log in through the link in the header of our website, or at app.formmity.com.
How do I create an account?
To create an account, head to the Register page on Formmity, and fill out the required information, and verify your email address. Once verified, you can log in and start using Formmity.
How do I cancel an account?
To cancel an account, click on your 'Profile' in the top right corner. Then click 'Brands'. On the brand plan you would like to cancel, click 'Cancel Plan'. That will cancel your subscription.
Can I do a trial without getting charged?
Absolutely. Our 7 day free trials mean your card or payment method will not be charged until 7 days after signing up. If you cancel your account before you will not be charged.
Can I manage multiple brands under one account?
Yes absolutely. Your account can own as many brand plans as you please. If you have the need for many brands, the most cost effective way to do this is it sgn up with an Agency Plan, which already comes stocked with ten brands.
Can I invite external collaborators?
Of course. Our tools are built with collaboration in mind. With our Small, Scale, and Agency Plans you are able to invite external collaborators.
How do I manage user roles and permissions?
Formmity keeps it easy. The account owner maintains control over account settings such as billing and profile, but all users get access to all tools. For draft approvals, ticks are followed by your Profile name, making it easy for teams to see who has approved what.
Can I create reusable templates?
Sure can. Formmity has a workspace that includes the creation of content templates that can reused again and again. Once a template is duplicated, it can be turned into a draft for approval, that is then scheduled for publishing.
